The bike arrived within a week of ordering and was relatively easy to assemble. Broke the monitor holder during assembly, contacted the company and they sent out 2 new ones within 10 days. Good customer service.The bike is sturdy and very quiet, doesn't take up too much space. The monitor is very basic but tells me what I need to know, but it's not a fancy electronic screen. Tricky getting feet into the pedal straps but I've figured out a way to do it after a few attempts. The seat is a bit hard and uncomfortable, so I bought a gel pad seat cover which helps some (recommend ordering one with the bike). I've had the bike about 3 weeks and overall, I'm happy with the it and got exactly what I was looking for without spending a fortune.

bought it looking at reviews but it's not worth it. The repair is easy but the item is very loose and makes a lot of noise. The handle is not tight enough, although I tried very hard to fix it. The part of the foot that needs to be more comfortable is not good. I do not recommend it. I returned it they gave me half of my money. They did not give me all my money. I kept calling and they kept hung up on me

I have liked the bike so far. It was easy to put together and it’s very sturdy. The only issue is that the seat is not comfortable in my opinion. If I am biking for more than 20 minutes, it’s very uncomfortable and I’m trying to see if I can find a substitute seat.

Great starter bike. Simple and easy to put together. I put it together alone in less than an hour. It is very sturdy and quiet.

The bike itself is nice but the break stop to quick.

easy to assemble, it took me about 25 mins to open the box, and place the final piece. Just make sure you tighten all the knobs and screws including the seat. Comparable resistance to the high end cycling studios, just have music playing so you dont hear the sound the front wheel makes when you increase the resistance. maybe thats why those cycling studios play loud music!overall.. it was a good buy.. great value for the price, better than paying monthly fees!

I was so excited for this bike due to the good reviews but it was a disappointment. The bike frame seemed sturdy enough but everything else about the assembly felt cheap and flimsy. The pedaling was awful and not gym quality at all. And the handlebars would not tighten. I went and re-tightened all the screws and it was still jiggly. I maybe could have dealt with that if it was the only thing but I could not get past the horrible pedaling. Returned.

I am 6 ft 1 inches tall with an inseam of 34inches and this is far too small for me to use. Both leg length and stretch to handle bars were too short. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone over say 5 ft 10ins.Delivery was good, assembly was fine with adequate instructions and build quality was good so it was a pity it was unsuitable
