No hold holder!!!
Gave it a 3 cuz the slide cutter is at the bottom of the dispensor. Where is the room for ur paper to pass the cutter to Slide n cut? Also the magnets too weak to suspain ANYWHERE! Don't buy it, not practical at all. Might as well keep the cling wrap in the original box it comes in.

This thing is just junk -. It's flimsy, doesn't cut properly and when I tried to store it on the side of the refrigerator using the magnetic base it just slid down the side to the floor

Poor design
This will not stick to your refrigerator, it is too heavy for the magnets to hold it up, it slides down. If it did, it is cumbersome to cut. The best way to cut is to put the cutter top on the counter and the flip the plastic wrap over the back and slowly move the cutter across the wrap. Wished Sam’s still carried the plastic wrap I used for years.UpdateCannot be refilled. I tried to put a 200 ft roll of WalMart brand plastic wrap in it. The length fix but it was so wide that the top would not close. In other words, I paid $14.00 for 100 feet of inferior plastic wrap.

Plastic Wrap Dispenser with slide cutter.
It just arrived and I haven't used it yet, but am impressed with how much better a dispenser of plastic wrap..!With the box of plastic wrap from the grocery store, I encountered all kinds of problems including cuts. This dispenser protects your hands from the cutting edge/slicer. I'm sure I'm going to be very pleased wiyh this.
