Easy assembly, good design and quality at this price point
I’m pleasantly surprised by the design and materials quality of this unit. Easy assembly, only took a few minutes. Functionally, yes, it works fine. It picks balls up, and it functions as a stand.Made in Taiwan, not China, so maybe a bit better quality than expected in that regard. The only issue was that Amazon shipped it in the original box without a packing box, and the unit is a bit warped from being crushed in shipping. This is not a good strategy to save money, Amazon.

Product is great but assembly was not easy
Product seems sturdy but for someone who does not do well assembling items, this one gave me some challenges. I thought the instructions were not as clear as they could be but once I finally got the caddy assembled seems to work fine so far.

Excellent pickleball ball caddy, stand, and pickup
This mini-caddy is a perfect size for my pickleball serving practice. It is easy to use, stable when used as a stand, and picks up balls. Assembly was not totally clear from the instructions, but the photo clarified it. It was not hard for me, but I have much experience understanding how things work. The top screw holes were misaligned and the screws went in at about a 30 degree angle. Still, they did go in. I modified the holes to align them, but this is not essential. I would certainly buy it again.

Light but sturdy hopper
I'm very happy with this hopper. It's small but holds about 20 balls. It's light but sturdy. The assembly takes time, but that's what husbands are for. :)

Not Perfect
Pros- Holds 20 outdoor Pickleballs- Picks Pickleballs up without having to bend over, just place it on top of the ball and push down.Cons- Not stable in either position. It appears the handles do not lock into place reliably in either the upright or the basket positions. When using it in the upright position you need to be gentle to not unseat the handles or it’ll tip over. When using in the basket/carrier position you need to secure the legs together with something or they will fall to the side.

Normal horrible assembly instructions with headline lie of "Takes 10 minutes"
ASSEMBLYActually took me about an hour.Single page assembly sheet. Instructions were close to useless.Box pictures are what I followed.Problems:1. 2 pairs of bars--finally guessed correctly from the box which were top and bottom2. metal folding wires orientation again guessed correctly from the box3. Guessed correctly how the four sides fit together, again from the boxQUALITYmetal screws into plastic--I wonder how long it will operate before becoming looseOPERATIONactually picked up 22 balls and then wires flipped 180 correctly to become a standWOULD I BUY AGAIN?Let me try it a few times. Now I know how to assemble in 10 minutes

Handy for practice
This wasn't too hard to assemble, even though I found the instructions fairy useless. The picture on the box was more help! I've used this caddy now a few times. Observations are: It holds a fairly small number of balls - maybe 23? - so you go through them quickly. It's awkward to flip between holding balls and picking up balls. I still haven't quite got the hang of doing it easily. And since my balls were all new, I found it hard to push them through the bottom picker-upper. Actually thought they wouldn't at first, but yesterday was better. I think the balls soften a bit with use and then are easier to pick up. Despite any of this, I like having this caddy. Looks good on the court, and holds balls easily within reach. It *is* a little wobbly and, of course, top heavy, so on windy days you might want to weight it with something on the legs or bungee it to a fence or net post.
