Mounting the device
When mounting the base to a surface be sure it sits back far enough to distribute the weight when your phone is in it. Otherwise it won’t stay put. But other than it’s works perfectly for me.

Great product and customer service
Excellent product, no problems with sticking to dashboard as long it is prepped properly. The ball on this one, I have two others, broke after 6 months. it was obviously a manufaturing defect and Lamicall replaced it. That is great customer service.

It sticks!
I've had to move this a few times, and it still sticks perfectly every time. Really impressed with this product. I feel like over the years I've had about ten similar items, and this one is definitely the best.

Durable and reliable
Works great inexpensive. I put it on a construction roller and it’s stuck to the window all day and that things bouncing around pretty good.
