The lights were a little complicated to set up in the app. Once set up the colors weren't accurate on the lights, but that's okay. Still works for what I need. I haven't used the timer feature. I have them connected to a timer.How to connect the lights:-Turn on your Bluetooth,-In the app, click the blue + to add lights (don't manually search they aren't listed)-Unplug the light multiple times until they start blinking. Once it's blinking it should show up on the in app search. You can do all the lights at once. You don't need to do it one at a time.

I bought these to replace the 15 watt version and they are definitely brighter and the color is richer. The Tuya (Smart Life) app works way better than the Happy Lighting app which is great. The lights pretty much connect on their own and the timer was easy to configure. Thanks to my impatience I didn't connect 1 of the 4 correctly but I'll chalk that up to user error. I thought you had to select the led's from the app list but you dont they automatically connect. I haven't tested the water proofing yet but the build quality looks pretty consistent to other brands.

Instructions say to tap the on, and off button five times, but there is no button on the light. So I plugged it into a power strip and turned the power strip on and off five times and it kicked it into pairing mode. Click advice on the app and it paired right away and Alexa. Let me know that she can control it. They are super bright, I numbered each one and wrote it on the lamp with a paint pen

These are economical smart flood lights that are IP68 rated and work like every other Tuya compatible smart device on the market. You just need a spare power strip or smart plug to safely toggle the device on and off three times to get it into pairing mode because it does not have a power switch itself.

Like others said the pairing is confusing but I figured it out. Either plug into and outlet with a switch and toggle it 5x or plug and unplug 5 times till it blinks. You can pair with the app provided in the instruction booklet and make groups. The music function only cycles between blue and pink hues but still not bad. If i could find a better app id have more fun with strobe/music effects. Cords are short so use with extension cords. Still a great buy!

These lights give rich great bright color that is very customizable. One of my lights is defective and turns off by just moving the light around. It is difficult to pair. If the light is not blinking its not in pair mode and you have to plug ans unplug luke 4-5 times until it blinks then app wasily detects it. It has a scheduling feature where you can ser time the lights come on and off and they do but they do not hold the color settings so I have to adjust them everyday. If anyone knows if am doing some thing wrong let me know.

I used these for my Halloween barrels that i made and they worked great! Very light weight but it was a pain to connect to the app. After a couple hours they finally all connected!

The app is terrible. It doesn’t list these lights in the app so they are stuck on red. Works for me since they are being used for Halloween but not ideal. If I would do it again I would buy the ones with an actual remote.
