Bought as a present for the wife. Nice looking watch. Keeps good time. Adjustable strap which is good. The wife likes it so I'm happy.

Love this watch. It keeps great time, it charges itself - you don’t even have to think about it - as long as you don’t keep it in a drawer!

Beautiful watch, looks great. Problems getting it to charge during dark winter days. The only light that seems to work and charge it properly is sunlight - not much around lately so my watch regularly reverts back to double ticking, indicating that it only has a weak charge. It's not losing time so hopefully once the days get brighter I should be able to get it charged properly. Charging under a lamp did not work. Watch isn't losing time yet, but it does worry you when it's always under charged.

In the (all too many) items I have purchased and received from Amazon - this was the most badly presented in terms of packaging. I do not refer to the Amazon packaging - that was pretty standard. But the watch itself seemed to have been stuffed inside the Bering "jar" (which is pretty heavy too) by a two year old.Most importantly - the watch does not work. In fact I'm wondering if someone else has not already returned it and it's been sent out again. Shame - it looks nice - but I no longer trust the brand.

Bought it as my Eco drive watch has given up the ghost. Chose this solar power watch as a good option.o e the large clear dial ( which is easy to read without my glasses) really pleased with how it looks

Received as a gift from hubs. I previously bought the grey one and they're both great. Keep great time, look stylish and are comfortable. Had both watches admired. No regrets or minuses -great watches at a great price.

I love this watch, it looks beautiful, just as the pictures show it. It was beautifully packaged, (but if you are buying it as a gift, you’d want to open it up, remove the bubble wrap and charge it up!).It charged up really quickly and so far is keeping good time! The strap is easy to adjust and the fastener feels really secure with 2 fastenings, so I can’t imagine it could ever come off accidentally!I’m really pleased with the watch and feel it’s been a good purchase!

I really like the watch , but I have to return it because the wristband lock doesn't stay closed. Not sure if I should get a replacement or try different brand. It's a beautiful watch.

1) LIGHTWEIGHT: I have another solar watch which weighs 10.58 ounces - too heavy. This women's Bering slim solar watch 1.14 ounces. That is a huge difference.2) NO GLASS CONTAINER: I want to point out the the package is not a glass candle holder but a cardboard cylinder. Doesn't matter to me but in case you were looking forward to a glass container, I want you to know that it no longer is packaged as in the images.3) CHARGE: The watch came fully discharged which means that it was inside the cardboard box for more than 6 months without any light source. I received the watch in the late afternoon so it was too late to charge in sunlight. I hung the watch over an LED light and it started working in less than 15 minutes... however, it needed a full charge. Per the Bering site, the initial charge requires 24 hours exposure to sunlight.4) BEAUTY: This is a piece of art. The watch face is beautiful and the band is superior coated stainless steel. Since I have nickel allergies, the band material is critical.5) WATER RESISTANT: Be fully aware that this is water resistant but not water proof. Bering states you can shower with it but not to swim or submerge.I highly recommend this Solar Slim model for anyone wanting the qualities I mentioned.
