2 defective purchases
I’ve had several of these and have always loved them. The last several ones either came apart or stopped working after a few minutes. I foolishly didn’t keep the warranty thinking it was my outlet. So I changed outlets. Same thing. Now I see that it was defective! I could kick myself!

Did not feel very hot at it's hottest point of high
I liked the size of the pad, and the light weight of it, but when on the highest temperature, it did not feel very hot.

Faulty product
Stopped working in 1 week but the cord worked on old pad. Then it stopped working on old pad at 2 1/2 months. Wasn’t used for a month of that. Don’t buy! My first one worked for years but this one is faulty.

Does not get warm enough for me
This is a very nice looking product with nice fabric. The control is easy to use.However I have used heating pads for years and find this one does not get as warm as others I have used and is not warm enough for me.

Heats up fast. Setting to keep it on.
This heating pad is very nice, because it heats up quickly. By default, it shuts off automatically after a couple of hours, but there's a button you can press to cause it to stay on until you turn it off manually.
