Very pleased to have found this.
I add the powder to porridge, smoothies and baking (along with ground flaxseeds). I wonder if the pumpkin seeds are activated (soaked and dried). If they are I’d give it the full five stars.

I thought I’d try this protein powder
A different taste than what I’m used to but I love it.i found it easy to add to fish or sprouts as a sprinkled on top powder that I mix in.i don’t find it in any way unpleasant to taste I love it , I find no cloying feel on the tongue and I asked seven hills and found out there’s no added ingredients or salt, I purchased as I’m told it has benefits for the bladder etc thank you.
