I have to wear undershirts because I sweat a lot, so I decided to try slimming vests. I bought a ton of different "slimming" vests, and although this one doesn't really make you look slimmer as it is not compressing enough, it does make everything jiggle less. Also, it doesn't roll up after wearing it. There are other compression vests that do make you look slimmer, but the ones I tried started rolling up after wearing them for a while, especially running, unless I use a safety pin to fix them to my underwear (which never felt safe). In the end, this is the one I wear every day, but if actually making you look slimmer is paramount to you, this is not the one you want.

Quite tight - as it should be! Gives a smooth look. Would not advise wearing on its own - looks much better with a 'T' shirt or shirt over.If you have a large tum, it reminds you to suck it in - it can't do it for you! But it smooth out the shape. The 'T' shape is better for the appearance than the vest type of shaper.This is a good product, but dont be lured by the advertising showing muscle men who have never needed a body shaper in their lives!

Value for money

It holds everything together, but doesn’t really make you look slimmer. Just fat in a tight shirt. This is not the answer, losing weight is the best/only way to look slimmer. Seems well made and fit as expected.

Feels good and comparable for work use

This is pretty much perfect. I bought 3XL as I am fairly well built and it fits really well. Tight as expected but not uncomfortable and tucks everything in... I'm going buy some more

Doesn’t flatten just makes more rotund

White shirt is worse quality than black
