I got this for my teenage son because he is in wrestling and karate. We purchased the stuffing separately. It arrived on time and it was easy to set up and stuff it. So far my kids have given it a good beating and it’s still in perfect shape. I feel that this is well made and sturdy. My son likes it a lot. I’m not sure what the weight capacity is but we stuffed it to make it about 45lbs and it works well for my son to practice.

This grappling dummy works well for its intended purpose. It was easy to fill and I would say it works well for practicing takedowns. The only downside is that it's not heavy enough though I am trying to fill it with material that will make it heavier. Aside from that its a solid purchase.

This grappling dummy has hands. Huzzah! Not all dummies have hands. I wish it also had feet of some sort, to facilitate heel locks, but here again, not all dummies have feet either, so it's not too surprising.The quality of the material, stitching, and zipper seems really good. I think this will last a long time. It's also easy to clean since you can just wipe sweat off after you're done practicing. I like how well they concealed the zipper so it won't scratch you while you're working out.Keep in mind, this bag doesn't come stuffed, so you'll want to have something on hand so you can use it when it comes. Side note: I do no-gi jiujitsu, so I haven't tried this dummy with a gi. Offhand, since gis come in many sizes, I bet you could find a gi to fit this dummy if that's what you're working on.There are definitely more expensive dummies out there, but I feel like this one delivers a good value. For $69 at the time I ordered it, I think it's a good quality and will last me a long time.
