Nice breathing tube chain length not bad on it either it does exactly what it says.

Mindful necklace
I like to mediate so ordered this to control my breathing. I breath in through my nose and out via this in my mouth. It slows my breathing down and helps my focus. If I put the necklace on I can’t get the tube in my mouth as the necklace isn’t very big, so that’s a nuisance, but as a breathing/meditation aid it works.
