RADLEY London Provence Street Shoulder Bag

I bought the bag assuming it was new. It arrived with no brand packaging, no tags, no dust bag. It did have a piece of hard candy (Jolly Rancher green apple), a candy wrapper (Orbit gum) and a shiny penny! I don't mind buying products from the Amazon Warehouse that are returns, etc. But this bag was listed as new, or at least it was NOT described as used. It's a nice bag - good leather, large but not huge, attractive. But what is it? Factory second? Left-over from last season? Store display? Is it even a genuine product - or a knock-off? Don't know. It went back, with the shiny penny. I kept the candy and the empty wrapper!

This handbag is the beautiful deep oxblood color. It is a nice quality handbag, but on the mid-level of Radley Handbags if comparing to the quality of Radley Baylis, and pricing reflects this. Taking one star off as I can't remember the last time (if ever) I have had a bag with no internal zipper for discreet items. Bought it anyway because this color is amazing.

It's a good, structured bag. I wish it had additional zipper compartments, but overall it's great. Bonus for the phone pocket that is big enough for my phone with a case and a pop socket on it.

Great price on lovely Radley handbag. It was a gift for my best friend and she loved it! It was priced at approximately a third of the retail price.

Beautiful purse, very roomy but not as bulky as a large tote.

I appreciate the discounted price and the swift delivery. However I was very disappointed when I opened it because the first thing I saw was a very visible dent/ linear crease on the front. The bag was well wrapped with all the original wrapping. But it was damaged. I got the oxblood. I like the bag but I just don’t like buying something and having it arrive with a flaw. Better quality control is needed and stuff shouldn’t go into like this as it just gets returned. I had a similar experience with another radley bag I purchased recently. There was a dent in the leather that I couldn’t smooth out. I will not be buying any more radley on Amazon. I attached a picture but the dent is more obvious in person.
