Perfect easy to assemble great quality

I’ve cooked two turkeys back to back so far. Some paint from the stand burned on to the pot at the bottom. It’s not an issue for me because that’s expected running a constant fire under the pot. I saw in other’s posts the marks it makes on the bottom of the pot, I have it on mine, and that’s gonna happen with any pot or fire base so don’t let that deter you. My opinion on the pot itself, I feel it’s on the cheaper side. It’s thinner than I would like it to be. To me, I think that was a money-saver to go that route. The burner is good and the stand is sturdy. I’m gonna do another turkey and update this review. So far, I’d recommend this. My only con for now is I feel the pot is cheap. Setup and instructions were fine, easy to follow. The included thermometer was accurate, I ran another thermometer for redundancy purposes. The cook on the first two turkeys was excellent.UPDATE 30 Nov 2024:Fried my third turkey and some egg rolls afterwards. Everything holds up great.

I got this to try my hand and deep frying our turkey for Thanksgiving. It worked out great! Everyone liked it so much, we used it a month later to deep fry two chickens for Christmas. I had no issues with assembly or performance. Just make sure you allot for about an hour to heat up your oil.

I bought this to use for waterbath canning, it's absolutely perfect, my son however planned a crayfish boil with his friends and it worked perfectly and quickly
