When it comes to food safety one can never been too careful. Food kept at the wrong temerpature can be a health hazard, especially to the young, elderly and infirm.These signs stick well to a de-greased metal surface (such as a commercial fridge), giving a clear indicator of appropriate temperature ranges.I got these to use at a large volunteer kitchen where we have many different people helping out. Having this information available to all is a good thing.I can'y comment fully yet on the durability. Kitchens, with their heat, grease and steam can be hostile environments. The plastic is fairly thick and these signs give a feeling of robustness which is a good sign (excuse the pun!).

As a hotelier, I'm a big fan of signs, both statutory and especially advisory. For one thing, it impresses some EHOs (but not if the advice isn't being adhered to!)These adhesive signs are great for sticking on smooth, flat surfaces like fridge doors or tiled walls at delivery entrances etc. These particular ones are fairly thick and have a semi-matte finish. They're easy to peel away from the backing and after being applied to a smooth, de-greased and warmed surface, stick well.The advice regarding the chilled display temperature is a slightly off as you can store displayed food at 8 degrees Celsius or lower, but a core temperature of 5 degrees is certainly good to aim for and to set chilled counters at. This isn't a negative, just an observation. Overall though, these are good signs.

This is a good value sign. It is an essential sign for any busy kitchen. A good sized sign with very clear information. Sticks well to a fridge/freezer.

I suppose in reality these Food Safety Temperature Signs are more suited to commercial use, still they can come in handy at home on your Fridge.They indicate in a clear way the best temperatures to store your fresh & frozen food, you can also buy small battery operated thermometers for fridges to be absolutely sure things are as they should be.Mine's now on the side of my Fridge...get yourself some.

The food safety signs from the Dam Wood store are of good quality. Since they come with good adhesion, they stick well to almost all surfaces. Furthermore, they are thick and I like the matte finish too. The information displayed is clear and easy to read. I will recommend it
