Very tasty and good value.

I had to stop drinking coffee because it was giving me stomach inflammation. I had drunk it strong and black for years. I looked for a replacement for my addiction and nothing could replace it at first. I read that yerbe mate had high caffeine but it didn't come close to replacing the comfort i got from my first coffee of the day.However, i stuck with it and that has now changed. I found after a few months that i now got the same rewarding feeling. So it's become the new ritual and no obvious side effects so far. If i drink too much of it, like 6 strong cups, i get a slight head buzz and slightly trippy colour vision. This is not really unpleasant, unlike over doing coffee which can feel horrible. However, i try to avoid over doing it as I'd rather not feel like that.This is the only yerbe mate I've tried, but it seems good, is organic and is consistently the same from one bag to the next. I chose this one because people thought it was better than other availble brands. It does the trick for me. Enjoy!

Very good tea. Tastes great. I use one tbsp in a small 2 cup teapot and steep for 5 minutes.

Much better value that the tea bags I was using - great Yerba mate tea and I can make it as strong as I like:)

A 400g bag of Yerba Mate tea. 400g means it's pretty big by comparison to most.It's an eco friendly bag packaging wise. With one of those tops you cut and then that will release a seal you can use to close it up when not in use.This is all natural. Ethically sourced etc etc. Made from Yerba Mate leaves. Which come from Brazil. It also contains caffeine. See the product listing for full details should you so desire.The taste is good. Not too strong. But just right really. The scent isn't overpowering, but just noticeable enough even so to be pleasant. So it's good tea.Considering how much you get, the price is pretty good as it will last. Things like this often cost a fair bit more than your mass produced stuff, so this is a nice change.Good tea. Good for the work. Give it a go.
