Ground powdered flax & chia seeds powder thats tastes good
This product is ground/grinded. I looked thru all info provided on this amazon and i believe that info is not provided except in some of the reviews. That said; this is a very nice product & very good tasting. I've tried flax seeds and could never get to the point where they were easy to crunch/eat. Flax seed has a great number of health benefits so i am already finding this powder form to be easier to use than just the regular flax seed.
