Great product for home use
Hi readers,I was very excited and was waiting for this product to be delivered.Amazon as always, was prompt with delivery date.Now about product, packaging was very good and intact. I was worried while ordering as the piece is made of marble stone but while opening the packaging I was rest assured the piece will be intact. Its a beautiful piece and eye soothing. Craftsmanship is of a good class. Made of marble stone. Has got a small cube with carved slots for fitting different size of loban or sambrani. Design carved on the piece is very beautiful. I haven't tried with a candle inside, but I bet, that too shall be a beautiful view to watch.Its 100% handmade product and would suggest to purchase it. A small purchase will help those poor craftsmen who have kept out Indian tradition alive.

The stand is good sturdy, useful, but remember, one cannot use agarbatti longer than 5".also remember that u cannot use bambooless agarbatti. the hole in the holder is too large, to hold agarbatti of diameter 3mm. i had to use a nut to position it properly

Faulty product dispatched without proper inspecting.
The top cover is not fitting the base which make the product non usable can fell down on some ones foot or break. Why the seller not inspected the product properly before dispatching. This is a pure example of dispatching faulty product as the customer is not infront of you inspecting the product before buying which is a biggest grey area buying through online retail. And it’s an unnecessary harassment on returning the product.
