I ordered this chair as a Christmas gift and loved it but the back didn't heat up properly. The seller replaced it with another one without requiring me to pay for return shipping which was going to cost me half the price of the chair. The replacement was a different color, which was fine. It was perfect and made it in time for Christmas. The chair is incredibly roomy and comfortable and the heat makes it so relaxing. I want some of these chairs now.

We sit around a campfire in the snow and my bum and back always get cold.This chair keeps both warm and with the enclosed sides it stops th wind blowing through.Batteries (purchased separately) last for about 4 hours. We bought the ones recommended by Amazon (loveled) and they were $25 for a pair.You could look for higher power battery packs to last longer. We may go with another set of the same batteries and switch out after a few hours.Highly recommended!

Do yourself a favor and do not order this chair. First, since it’s not described this way - it does NOT come with battery packs. The instructions inside the package say “battery not included you have to buy somewhere.” Which gives no information at all and makes this chair completely useless to me, since I’m not sure what battery pack to buy or where to buy it. I tried to just sit in the chair and it’s incredibly uncomfortable. It might work if you like to sit with a ramrod straight back and your ankles crossed politely like it’s tea time with the queen, but if you’re hoping for a comfy and warm seat, this is not it. It also is very bulky and doesn’t fit back in the carrying case well. The carrying case is very thin and flimsy. If I were keeping this chair, I would give it one, maybe 2 uses before that fell apart. I’m returning it, which is also a headache because I have to wait for the seller to let me know where and how to return it … I just hope those instructions are better than the batter pack instructions! Overall, I’d say save yourself the headache and skip this chair.

This heated chair is a game-changer for outdoor sports/activities. This chair is warm with 3 levels of heat to pick from. You do have to purchase your own battery packs as they are not included. I have used this chair during soccer games in the snow. I have also used it indoors. I take this chair with me to any sporting events. When everyone is sitting their "freezing" at a game, I sit comfortably with a warm body. I recommend this chair to all my friends who sit next to me. This chair is unbelievably comfortable. It is like sitting in a cloud. It is alittle hard to fold back and put the velcro strap around it but with alittle force its not too bad. I do wish it had a carry strap attached to the chair, there is only on the bag. I will be purchasing these chairs for the rest of my family.

The chair is comfortable and the heat works well.

Did not work and does not come with batteries. You have to buy 2. Not knowing this. I went back and bought batteries and had to wait longer to realize the chair was defective
