love this product! its helped me out alot and i make sure to keep it on hand all the time and i do mantinence doses 1/2 times a week in an acropora dominant system. ive seen the reviews with ppl saying its killed things in their systems and if that really is the case you either over dosed or added at night time or your alk isnt stable to begin with and this product made that issue even worse for your system. if you dose early in the day and have stable alkalinity/ph you will be fine 100%. your system naturally drops ph at night just like the ocean does. this product will also lower ph initally after dosing and you dont run carbon reactors while using so it stays in the water columb so yes if you dont take those few things into account you could 100% kill some of your inhabitants. very good product water becomes crystal clear within minutes literally. filter pads will be full of gunk by the following evening

Cleared one reef tank almost completely of bubble algae and sea lettuce algae! Did not do as well on another tank with gha, and seems to have affected my refugium on that tank as well. But the tank with sea lettuce and bubble algae had zero ill effects. Must be something to do with water chemistry. Will not blame the product as it did what it said it would in my first tank.

I've always been a skeptic when it comes to reef tank additives, but I thought I'd give this one a shot. I'm about 3 weeks in now, have followed the directions on the bottle, and here's what I've found:The good:It has definitely reduced the amount of algae growing on the aquarium glass. Probably by at least 50%.The bad:This has done nothing for the algae and detritus on my live rock. I've been blasting the rocks with a turkey baster as well as vacuuming with a siphon since I started using this product, and nothing has changed. Also, the bottle cap came damaged, which means spillage when shaking it before use.Overall I'd say it's somewhere between a waste of money and overpriced. The only benefit I've seen is that I have to clean my aquarium glass less often.

Razor Marine was recommended by a friend when our reef aquarium developed a tremendous amount of green algae. We ordered and began dosing according to product directions. Our tank within one week was green algae free, with no visible signs of stress to the fish or corals. We now are using a maintenance dose every week and the tank remains clear and healthy.

Wiped out 95% of the green bubble algae!

This product works really well in my salt water tank.

Overall this product seemed to work really well. It helped rid my tank of a bubble algae infestation. It did not effect my coral or fish. Would gladly recommend.

Excellent product

I only give 5star reviews to a product that works and I would use again and this did exactly as claimed. I had a lot of ugly buildup on my rock work and tank walls . Detritus bubble algae turf algae hair algae you name it! I even had some type of turf algae that was so tough that you could not physically detach it from the rocks and even a blade and hard brush could not remove it! This stuff literally melted everything off. Within 1 treatment my rocks are 95% clear even the extra tough algae is melting off. The only drawback I had to blast the rocks to get it off which meant I had to clean floss daily which is mentioned in instructions as so much crap is removed. I also did a water change after treatment my tank looks so much better! Corals already growing better brilliant product! My brother purchased a similar product that claimed to do the same called vibrant which was 3 times the price and all it did was cover everything in film!

Been useing this in hope to get rid of algue problem it has done wat said do to algie made it easyer to cone off not growing as fast BUT!!!!! Says ita fish safe and corel safe... since puting it in we lost 2 shrimp and blenny an expsenive rare blenny i aint happy. And ita killed all my corel... DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IT AINT WORTH IT UNLESS U HAVE NO FISH OR COREL!!

I followed the instructions to the letter and it didn’t have any impact whatsoever. 20 gallon nano marine tank with hair algae, and the algae just got worse, not better. Tried a second treatment and it still had no impact. Waste of money, which is really disappointing given Brightwell’s products are usually good. This however, is complete snake oil. Don’t waste your money.

I like Brightwell products but was sceptic about this as tried vibrant reefand didn't have good results, but being less than 1/2 the cost thought I'd give it a try. Following the instructions, by day 5 virtually all hair algae has gone, even more the tank looks clearer than ever even without carbon. Basically does exactly what it says on the bottle👍

Did nothing at all… got rid of nothing at all no reduction of anything and have followed everything as it says on the bottle. Bought alternative product now..
