This item arrived nicely packaged in a plastic bag. I chose grey but there are other colours available. I really like these storage boxes. You get 4 of them in the set. They arrive flat but was really easy to set up into boxes - just follow the picture, open the box and then slip the hard cardboard to the bottom. They are fabric boxes, but feel of good quality material. They are large in size, but fits into my wardrobe and my shelves nicely. I really like how big they are, so fits a lot of items. I've used 2 in my wardrobe so far, and they have been great. It's a bit pricey, but they are nice and good quality
