Good
stickers fall of the characters which is quite annoying and can ruin the game

Good game, bit small though
We generally play with the big version and I thought this smaller version would entertain us while travelling. The pieces look very different so had to get used to the new 'look' and sadly we had one pawn missing. It can still be played with though and we enjoyed a few games although you do need to pick the pawns up at time to see what they are. The other thing that I would point out is that the pawns are separate and cannot be packed in the case which opens out as a board. Delivery time was long but this was mentioned at time of order so not a surprise. I don't feel it is worth the price paid and definitely not worth the postage price.

Solid product, great game
A great magnetic board, stickers were already on the pieces (they would be very fiddly to do by hand), and the whole thing closes to form a solid travel case. For those more familiar with the full size version this may seem a bit small at first but I was soon OK with it.Stratego is a chess-like game that's been around for decades, with both players trying to find and capture the enemy flag. It's a game of incomplete information, as the pieces of the opponent are hidden unless they attack or are attacked. Some of the pieces have simple, unique abilities. The initial set-up is not fixed, unlike chess, so you never know quite what to expect. This is, on the whole, better than the previous travel sets which weren't magnetic or as solid. Highly recommended for Stratego fans.

10x8 board not 10x10
Board is 10 squares wide by 8 squares deep, with 30 pieces per player, instead of 10x10 with 40 pieces each as per standard Stratego.Pieces have pictures (photographs) with inset small numbers. Most valuable piece (Marshal) is numbered 10.
