The packaging was very good and the frame arrived intact but my worry was that the glass was going to arrive broken. To my surprise the glass was actually PLEXIGLASS. I was surprised due to the fact that it was advertised as real glass. On the positive side "that's why it didn't break " Overall, it is a nice frame and I would buy it again.

I ordered this frame for one of our international students who is graduating with a masters degree.

Falls apart - Inside of frame is made of foam
All four corners of the frame detached and you can see it's just foam on the inside. The foam broke off into little pieces and you couldn't glue or fix it. Waste of money.
