My central vac sucks
We're changing all the switch plates to white from ivory. and decided to replace the vacuum ports as well. While these are visually identical to the 25 year old ones already installed in my house, they are not as well designed. The seals are not as substantial and air leaks on a couple of the plates. Fortunately the vac motor is rather powerful and the leaks are minimally impacting.

Good Outlet That Looks Good
We have this style throughout the house and we bought two more for the basement as we remodel it. This is the second house we’ve lived in that has a central vacuum and they work as well as any of them. They are white and look good with white trim.

Perfect size
This was the perfect size that fit our vacuum system. We had to replace several, and the white was especially nice to find. All our hoses work with this inlet.

Need adapter for standard outlet box
This set was as described and worked as intended. The one thing I didn’t take into consideration was that the screw holes didn’t line up with a standard outlet box. I was able to find a digital conversion kit and that solved the problem.

Piece of junk
Actually I wouldn’t even give this one star. Whoever sells this on Amazon told me not to bother returning it. It’s totally cosmetic. It does nothing. I thought it would be useful with my Central Vac. Ha!
