This was a great tasting beverage!! I really liked the taste. It wasn't too sweet at all. It does give you some energy. It also does not give you a headache like other energy drinks would and does not give you a very low when the energy starts to wear down. I liked the energy boost it gave me with no lows.

My body doesn't like energy drinks with too much sugar, and my gut hates energy drinks with sucralose. I also can't have anything with corn, which eliminates all drinks with corn syrup. So it's been tough to find something I can enjoy and not have pain after.I've really enjoyed FitAid energy drinks as they have tasted quite good and haven't caused me issues later. However, the price has steadily gone up. So I decided to look into other options in hopes of saving a few pennies.My title is not an exaggeration. Guru drinks have been by far the best tasting energy drinks I've ever had, while at the same time their clean ingredients have cause me zero issues after. I've only had the three flavors of the Punch Variety Pack, but I surprisingly enjoyed all three equally.Sadly, I must confess, if Guru starts raising the prices like FitAid did, I may end up paying the extra amount simply to keep the enjoyment going.FLAVOR UPDATE:Because I enjoyed the flavors in the Punch Variety pack, I thought I'd try some of the other flavors. Original definitely has a Red Bullish taste, and the Yerba Mate is drinkable, but probably the worst of all the flavors. Guess I'll be sticking with the Punch flavors in the future.

I do enjoy this energy drink. Compared to other energy drinks this flavor is great with no aftertaste and the ingredients are natural. One to two are pretty sufficient to keep you alert for the day. I do feel as if it keeps my cravings for sweets in check and I have lost some weight while drinking these, perhaps due to the green tea. I only gave it four stars because I feel as if they can be slightly overpriced. I have tried several of the other flavors and the tropic punch is my favorite and the runner up would be the Yerba Mate.

I have been drinking this for 2+years now. It was wonderful. Recently they have gone through some production issues and they are not owning up to it. They claim the variances are due to how natural the products are and for there being differences in sweetness and tartness in juices that they use to make the beverage. And that is absolutely true and it's always been that way sometimes I open it up and it's rather bitter and other times I open it up and it's rather tart but never ever did it taste like there was too much of everything in it. It's as if whatever was mixing it with the carbonation was putting way too much of the concentrates it. Both I and my wife tasted it and it was undrinkable as Amazon to refund them they told me I could keep the product and God's honest truth I threw it in the dumpster I didn't think anybody should drink it for free. I contacted guru to explain all of this and explain that Amazon has been honoring the bad tasting or poor production product and they told me that it was just variances in the natural ingredients as they use. I contacted them back and said okay brush me off I just won't drink it anymore and they didn't bother to respond. For what this stuff costs it's not a great value so it's only good if there's some product consistency. I'm telling you there isn't anymore or just stick to the 12 oz 12 packs instead of the 48 packs because I've had only the bad ones come in the 48 packs. I used to bulk order these on a regular basis. Imagine my surprise when I received my latest order, cracked open the can, took a sip expecting the crisp refreshing taste of the Original Guru, and tasted the Lite version! I thought surely there had been a mix up or maybe it was a bad batch! So I went to Whole Foods to conduct an experiment and grabbed two Original cans from the shelf. One tasted like Original and one tasted Lite despite both being Original cans. Come to find out after some online sleuthing - THERE'S BEEN A RECIPE CHANGE! They've replaced organic cane SUGAR with SYRUP and its ruined the taste completely. I wish they had advertised this prior to my latest purchase (which will be my last) that was unable to be returned. It was a good run Guru, but you've lost a loyal customer. This one hurts just as bad as when RedBull discontinued their cranberry flavor :(

I am always looking for a non sucralose energy drink. One that has ingredients that I can also pronounce. This one is amazing!!! I love all the flavors!!!

I really liked the Guru drinks, the energy, how they made me feel - at first. Then as I continued to drink them over a few weeks, I noticed I kept having heart palpitations. I drink other kinds of energy drinks, coffee, caffeine doesn't usually bother me. So I cut back and paid attention to my body and found I'd get the bouts of heart palpitations after having the Guru drinks. I had another energy drink I liked and when I started to feel heart palpitations, I checked the ingredients and saw that one too had Stevia/and or Monk Fruit. Once I stopped drinking them the heart palpitations went away. I still drink several brands of energy drinks and haven't had the same issues.

This energy drink tastes great! It’s so rare to find an energy drink that is organic, doesn’t use artificial sweeteners (like Sucralose), and uses green tea as a caffeine source. This is the best combination of ingredients I have seen on the market, and it’s still at a great price. This is cheaper than a lot of drinks loaded with garbage. I hope it sticks around, and the company maintains its commitment to quality.

Red Guru is the most delicious energy drink out there! Finding it by the case, and particularly from this supplier, is definitely the best buy for the money!It arrived earlier than expected and packaged in a heavy duty case and on top of that packed into an Amazon box.A super sexy sight to see a whole case of 24 red cans of Guru at our house!Usually we buy them individually for $3.29/$3.59 per 255ml can PLUS recycling fee and return deposit. It really adds up...This is by far the best value for the money we've seen yet!Thank you so very much :-)
