Delivery was a day later than I expected, given it was advertised with as “Prime”, but I can’t take anything away from the product itself. I injured my rotator cuff some months back and despite resting it for a very long time, when I returned to training it used to flare up with differing severity depending on what I which muscle groups I was working. Fearing another injury and having to spend another month or two on the shelf I looked into kinesio tape. Spartan tape seemed to have a good reputation and easy enough to use. It came with an insert telling you how to apply it and a downloadable ebook with more detail. I didn’t give these much time as there are plenty of videos out there. Having trained wearing the tape I can confirm that while trained my shoulder felt more supported, the amount of pain was drastically reduced during the session and there was no pain (bar the DOMS) after the session. I will continue to train wearing the tape and will buy again, this time hopefully with the prime delivery.

Very comfortable to wear. Most tapes make me blister within minutes wore this for several hours with no problem. Trying to work out the best way to keep tape on whilst swimming as the corners peel and eventually flap...this tape lasted much longer than others tried . Will definitely buy again as overall pain relief and support was excellent.

Lasts for 3 days?! I followed the guidance to the letter and it lasts for about 30 minutes before peeling up. And yes I rounded the edges, rubbed it to warm the adhesive etc. Second attempt ended the same way so back to normal med tape. Intended to use it for plantar fascitis.Didn't even get to try it in the shower!

when I first tried it, the ends rolled alittle, but Throughout the day it never budged.It gave me the full surport I needed. Perfect.So good I then ordered the blue and black and used it for my hike from Richmond to brighton last weekend.Had it on my knees from the beginning and I never had any pain.Spartan tape is just what you need for endurance training

I bought this tape to support a recent shoulder injury and applied the tape liberally according to the enclosed leaflet . Unfortunately I blistered in less than 24hrs in fact over night. I removed the tape first thing in the morning and it took off my skin too.I was really hopeful this would help. I do NOT have a Latex Allergy and use various plasters without problems.Now I have a skin problem across my back and down my arm as well. pics after 24hrs & 48hrs. Disappointed.

If you follow the instructions catrgullt when applying the tape, it lasts well; I've exercised and showered and it didn't start to curl until day 3. It's definitely helping with knee pain; the photos and explanations in the booklet are very helpful.

Great tape, was looking for a big roll as I seem to go through tape like it's going out of fashion. I have a week ankle now after suffering ligament damage so I use it to strap up both ankles when playing football. It holds well and stops me hyper extending or rolling my ankles. Gave this a 4 star as it sometimes blisters when I take on my skin as I don't like to use underwrap.

Bought this to support me while doing the Rat Race Dirty Weekender, which is 20mile assault course. The tape held strong, only started to pull up where I forgot to round the corners, but only slightly. Would definitely use again as it dealt so well with 8hr+ use through lakes, ponds and boggy mud.
