Pleasant Hearth18-in Southern Oak Vent Free Gas Log Set 30,000 BTU's

I love the look of a real wood fire.

Really like that the unit was already for either type of gas or All-in-one design. I had to change to NG which took a bit of work, but it was worth the effort. Only got a 4 because: 1) Longs look great but could be a bit better positioned to stay in place and 2) the on/Off/pilot switch a little tricky 3) instructions were VERY intimidating but I get it.All in all, easy to install and works great.

Book don't tell you that it ships set to propane mode ,tags did on unit

Flames keep going out unless you turn the flame on as high it will go...maybe should have gotten brand..

There is no remote and it says it comes with it so in order to turn it down. Or off you have to take the whole front glass of your fireplace off. And the second problem is it never stays lit
