This Ayurvedic Couture Eyeliner Never Dries, Rubs Off Too Easily & Has No Staying Power!
Such A Disappointment, esp. for the price! The high-quality plant-based ingredients were the main reason I ordered Ayurvedic Couture Herbal Eyeliner. I have VERY sensitive eyes, so I only use eye makeup products made from eye-safe natural ingredients. I was looking forward to trying all those sultry eyeliner looks I see on Arabic women in their YouTube videos. And I couldn't wait to finally put product on my waterline. (The crappy ingredients in regular kajal/eyeliners leave me with red, watery eyes when I line my inner lower lid.) I tried this yesterday & I was able to create a nice, bold cat eye with it. But when I touched it with my pinky half an hour later to see if it would maintain placement, my cat eye flick rubbed right off, like it had just been applied. THIS LINER NEVER DRIES! I was home for the day, so I touched up the smudged spot & left it on to see how well it would wear. An hour after the original application, it had smeared on both eyelids. The product I'd put on my waterline had run down into my lower eyelashes. The only upside was that it caused no irritation to my eyes at all. But for $28, this stuff is completely useless & terribly overpriced.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------**************UPDATE & A TIP FOR AN ALTERNATIVE USE FOR THIS*********Someone from the company called me not long after I posted this review. She was concerned that I was unhappy but did not try to get me to change my review. which I appreciated. The woman suggested that I try applying facial setting powder to my eyelid before I create my cateye. I advised her that I never have to apply setting powder to my lids before using any other eyeliner. The problem is that their product is just too soft & I suggested they try adding some beeswax to the formula.Anyway, one good thing that came out of this. A few days later, I ran out of my usual mascara, but I love the wand, so I'd cleaned it off with alcohol & kept it. The Daliia eyeliner was in the same cup as my mascara, so I took out the wand, rubbed it against the side of the Daliia liner, then used it as mascara. I worked great! After I finish my eyes, I always go over my eyelashes with a bit of black eyeshadow power on a Q-tip to set my mascara & the Daliia stayed on my lashes until I removed my makeup about 4 hrs. later. (I wouldn't try setting powder for this trick. I tried what the customer service rep had suggested for creating a cateye that would last, but using it over setting powder alters the color of the Daliia eyeliner. You lose that rich, inky blackness. And my cateye still wore off in less than an hour.) So if you bought Daliia as eyeliner & it was a Fail, grab your mascara wand & use it on your lashes.

High intensity and quick - perfect for busy ladies!
I LOVE this kohl. I have contact lens and sensitive eyes, and I can wear it daily without irritation. I have tried drug store to high-end kohls, and nothing else beats them in terms of creaminess and intensity. Most days I just apply this and mascara - perfect for a busy mom like me. One caveat is because I have oily skin and live in a warm climate, I need to use a very good eye area primer first. I use Pixi eye primer, which does the job well! But if you don't have oily skin and live in a more temperate climate, this may not be an issue. Also, I followed the manufacter's instructions to lightly wipe the surface with a paper towel every once in a while to "recharge" it, and the intensity comes back. Update: I spoke to a customer rep & she asked me to put two lines of kohl on my hand, dust one line with powder, then try to rub them both off. The one dusted with powder stayed on! So, now I dust with powder, sometimes layering two times (ie, liner, dust, liner, dust), then apply mascara. The key is to use a SMALL fluffy eye brush to dust gently over the eye area and to avoid scrunching your eyes shut as you dust (close eyes gently) to avoid smudging. And added benefit is that the dusting of your lashes adds body to your mascara afterwards! This extra step has made my liner last pretty much through the day even during high summer.

Does smudge
It smudges easily so I use it only for dramatic eye looks or else for natural looks but very sparingly

GREAT PRODUCT, BUT I WISH IT WAS ALITTLE LOWERPRICED
Works great, dark color(doesn't come out gray like some black eyeliners do) and chemical and metal free. I'm glad after searching far and wide I found an all natural chemical and metal free eyeliner, but I do wish it was priced alittle lower. I will continue to look for eyeliners with few ingredients like this one at a lower price and more colors(that are metal free). I wish the colored ones didn't have mica, titanium, etc. so I will keep looking for other colored ones out there that have color from plants, spices, etc.

the real thing
have looked for a good kohl eyeliner for some time and finally found it. goes on easily, wears long and feels like kohl should...comfortable to the eyes and the price is good. will buy again and soon to keep on hand.

smears too easy for the price but goes on good
I think for the price of this eyeliner it should at some point after application "set" It tends to smudge easily no matter how long it's been on. It does glide on with much ease but a little too pricey for me.
