Beautiful, fast, great keyboard, exactly what I was looking for! My eyes are getting old and tired, so my little 14" Lenovo ThinkPad was too hard to see. This big boy is exactly that computer, only faster and bigger, with a numeric keypad. (Which is an annoyance to me, but oh well.) Home/End/PgUp/PgDn keys that don't need you to hit Fn first; great keyboard feel, and quiet as can be. Unfortunately, it comes with Win11, but they tell me I can "downgrade" to the superior Win10 with no trouble. Installing updates now, I might play with Win11 awhile, but I've already determined the things I use most have been deleted, and I'm not interested in playing Microsoft's marketing games. One of these days, all Linux all the time. For now, Win10 works. :)Update: Used Win11 for a few weeks, and I could stand it, but only barely. On Win10, this laptop sings beautifully!

Great performance for a sub-1k machine. I bring it with me to travel and visit with my adult children. Can edit video, play video games and stream videos. Good screen quality, great battery life, 40gb of RAM and nice and quiet.

Honestly for what I need its perfect, I can edit, do school work n watch whatever as long as I have a hotspotAnd it can run wallpaper engine beautifully

Switched from a MacBook Pro. Build quality is better than most of the laptops I looked at, but lacking the all metal body of the MacBook. This laptop is MASSIVE but does not weigh much. It works perfectly for school, has a decent screen, and with the settings adjusted from ‘performance’ to ‘battery life,’ you get much better battery life. I only use this for schoolwork. When the screen is dark, you can see uneven light behind the screen. Build quality not as good as the MacBooks but great functionality.

I ordered this product from Amazon with the faith that their vendor would make sure I get the right product. When I got this product it was defective. Touchpad and microphone were not working properly. I contacted Lenovo support for numerous attempts to fix it. To my dismay, they told me that this product is not meant for US and it is a product for Singapore, the warranty has already started in Sep 2024 and I just have 6 more month, and the warranty is valid in the US. How can a seller be so reckless, assuming that they didn't do it intentionally. I am returning the product. My recommendation is to always by from the manufacturer and not 3rd party vendors.

I use my laptop as a desktop mostly and it has been running pretty much 24/7 for a couple of years with no issues.I use an external mouse and a 40" screen on the desk with great results. The touch-pad works good but I mostly use my wireless mouse except for short periods traveling. The unit keyboard is very nice, has a good feel and is enjoyable to work on when not at the office.Good value, very dependable and recommended.

Good laptop, arrived on time,packaged well, works well with easy worship software for church, no issues so far

I shopped for a few weeks before settling on this laptop and I'm glad I made the leap. Great performance and battery life...I'd buy it again if I needed another laptop
