Bought for grandson. He uses it everynight...said it helps him go to sleep. My granddaughter asked me if i could get her one for her bedroom! So i ordered her one. They love these!

I bought this as my nephew really liked our original astronaut space projector. He wanted one that was more whimsical looking and this matched the picture exactly. Love how you can change the colors with the remote. Was really quick to set up and charges using the cable provided. Relatively small profile so it does not take up much room on the bedroom dresser. Definitely a great gift for any stargazing kid.

The astronaut looks cute and adorable. The light is pretty for any party and also gives space vibes. Specifically the green stars are a treat!!

This little astronaut is super cute with rolling design lines reminiscent of a mix between baby fat rolls and the stay puft marshmellow man but nicely enshelled in sensory-friendly, NASA vibing, plastic. His thicky moon boots snap fittingly into a little moon rock surface to keep him sturdily standing and ready to enthrall with his space odessy show.I saw galaxy projectors recommended as part of the TikTok trend where cats who are shown the blue and green lights in their visibility spectrum, become delighted, affectionate, and entertained! I tried it last night and while it didn’t cause an overwhelming cattitude change (she still hated full cuddles) kittybaby watched intently for hours into the night! She was more interested in the fading in and out of the star mesh than the nebulas.Astronaut man has an animated swirling nebula function and a separate single color green star spray. As a non-cat, I found it exciting to see a mini galaxy in the room and oddly peaceful and calming at the same time!The moon man’s head tilts to adjust the angle and spread of the projected design. The instructions note that the green star “laser” is a class 1 “laser.” Hopefully, I understand correctly that this means is it a low level “laser” that emits below what can cause optical damage. Still, I took care not to have it shine near or into our eyes or triangulating off our many mirrors to power-sear our retinas.If you’re unlike me, and are a normal adult, buying this for non-cat children, I would caution those children to not stare into this green laser. I don’t know why they would—but you know they will. My little brother and I once inexplicably discovered we could take our mom’s heavy magnetic pin cushion and rub it all over—all the T.V.s in the house—to pull and distort the picture into making rainbows across the screen. We permanently destroyed every T.V. in the house. So like I said, I don’t know what would possess kids to stare into a laser, but if they can they will lol. So have a good science talk first before setting this up.The on and off switch and color variation buttons are in an easy to access row of three on spaceman’s back making this a really easy to use, cat-fascinating, mini-space exploring journey without leaving your home!

I have purchased three different star laser guys and have loved them all! I bought this ( and the others) for my three ( adult) sons. They all loved them. These are appropriate for all ages, and will be a big hit if gifted! We could not have been more impressed with the star/ sky show. Really and truly amazing. In my opinion all three products ( different brands) worked very similarly. I did not purchase mine with the music and sounds being a high priority, so for that reason I would rate them all evenly. Because of the similarities I would base my next purchase on price and the looks of the projector. ( My sons each likes the particular one that they received :) ) I cannot recommend this enough! Soooooooo much fun! ( Oh, one thing to note: some have buttons on the actual body; this is handy if you misplace your remote control).

I wanted to get my toddler something for their crib. My wife and I weren’t fans of a mobile, especially since babies outgrow those pretty quickly. Our toddler is constantly fascinated by lights so I thought I’d give this a try.So far, she has thoroughly enjoyed it. She will lay for a solid 15-30 minutes looking at the various colors before falling asleep. I set it to one of the timers and the unit shuts off after about an hour. I do turn down the green lasers, I wish I could completely turn them off. But that’s. Small complaint.The units sips 5W of power and doesn’t produce heat. I have it sitting next to an air monitor, which also features a thermostat, and the room temperature doesn’t increase when using this. The remote is easy its use. Not very explanatory or intuitive, but it’s easy to cycle through the various options.The projector can be adjusted to work at various angles. It didn’t take me long to get setup and running with this. I had something else that used til pieces, but they didn’t move and my toddler quickly lost interest.Not with this though. I have a feeling she will be using it for years to come and I highly recommend it.
