Kirkland Signature Organic Mexico Oaxaca Medium Roast Whole Bean Coffee (2 lb Bag)

Love this coffee I usually grind the beans with some cinnamon sticks and it just hits so good! Unfortunately Costco always discontinues every single coffee I like and Amazon has the gold (also double expensive... Lesson learned!)🤣

I first bought this coffee from Costco and thought it was probably the best coffee I had ever bought from Costco. I would guess it was freshly processed and roasted at that time. Now that I've purchased it off amazon (for significantly higher price) and it's close to "best by" date, it tastes old and stale, it is terrible! I've tried grinding it more coarse, I've tried finer. I've tried grinding/mixing it with kona as a filler, nothing improves it. This coffee was improperly stored or is ust old from when it was roasted. BTW..I grind my beans at most a few hours before brewing..

I tried a sample of tis coffee at Costco, bought it. When I went back for more, they were not carrying it. So glad Amazon is carrying it. Wonderful coffee.

Strong, hearty taste. Smells like coffee heaven.
