It has been 10+ years since I've worn a watch, but when I received the TOZO S3 and put it on, I can't seem to take it off because I like it so much! This does so many things! This watch is mainly for daily use or while exercising, not for tracking serious health issues.It came professionally packaged including the user manual, watch, strap and a charging cord which uses a magnetic connection to the watch. Just place it close to the charging connection and it snaps in place. Pretty cool!One minor issue I have is the strap. It has a slit where you put the "tail" of it, placing it in between the strap and your arm. It's difficult to insert with one hand, especially if your skin is clammy. Once inserted the strap is very comfortable and prevents the "tail" from catching on anything.The user manual that comes with the watch isn't very good when it comes to explaining in detail how to use some of the functions, but with some common sense they can be figured out. I feel like I became an expert after only 2 or 3 days of playing with the watch. The manual does get you up and running.The watch has way too many functions to list here so read the product description, but here's a mention of some of them.The app, TOZO Health, is well designed and pairs/interacts with the watch perfectly. It also provides better access to the settings, clock face choices too numerous to count, and better view of the measurements taken by the watch, including the history of measurements. Although the watch itself doesn't have GPS as has been mentioned by others, the pairing to your phone allows the watch to track your position with the phone's gps, even showing on a map where you've walked, run, etc. You can use the watch without pairing to the app, and it will store info until you pair again, when it will automatically sync with the app. GPS info isn't stored this way, though.The sleep function is interesting, and it took me a bit to figure it out. When I got the first sleep results they looked weird to me. When I researched on line about the different cycles of sleep it matched almost perfectly. Last night I didn't sleep that well and I'll be darned the watch actually reflected that, even noting that I woke up around 3:30am and fell back to sleep!The phone call function works really well with voice clear and loud enough, though I don't see me using it much. Reminds me of the old Dick Tracey comics!The blood oxygen level and heart rate matched perfectly to an actual blood pressure cuff.There are other functions such as stress levels, calories burned, and steps that I really can't compare to other sources, but with the accuracy of those I mentioned I have no reason to doubt those are accurate too. At least close estimates if not exact.Bottom line is this. This is my 3rd TOZO product and I am definitely a fan of them. Definitely a 5 star product with an absolutely great price!

This is a great smart watch. I've had others that have a great battery life but wear out too quickly. This watch is right in the middle of battery life, and very resistant to wear and tear with more abilities. They chose to use better materials for sure. The silicone band is actually better quality than any silicone bands I have tried before. I choose not to use every app function to find a nice middle of battery life. I get over ten days of battery, and more like 20.Two things I wish was different is that the alarm count is only five. All my other apple watch alternatives allow for 10 alarms to be set. I think that should be added in an update. The second thing I didn't like is that the watch would use a flashing green light sensor when sensing my waking up in the morning before I was actually up. The light would flash and wake me and my spouse up. I would prefer the sleep detection wake up sense function to not use bright lights that peak through any gap of my wrist and watch.The last thing I have been used to is being able to wake the watch up, but then click the button to sleep the screen. My watch does not let me sleep the screen after I check the time. It would be nice to when its early morning and can quickly shut the bright screen down.All in all I would use this watch in spite of these few little things. Plus I think Tozo would care to make changes in updates. I think this watch is great on a budget of a watch that can do a lot of useful health monitoring, app functions, and durability.Update. Ive had the watch for almost a year and still love it. They have made good firmware updates and app updates that help maximize functionality. Still want updates for sleeping the screen, more alarms than 5, and a calculator. Another issue is that if my watch is connected to my phone and I go to use speak to text. It will randomly only use my phone and the watch makes an odd beep noise. It is not consistent when it chooses to do this. It is still hands down the best watch before paying more for apple or other smart watches at a much higher bracket. I don't worry about this watch with rough work. It keeps on going and looks almost like the day I got it. You wont be disappointed. The company has great customer service as well!

Have had the S3 watch for almost two weeks and I am generally satisfied. It’s nice looking and appears to be of quality. Good battery and one charge lasts about five days with normal wearing. The notifications work well and answering calls are functional. There are many interesting watch faces to choose from. The downside is the step counting is not accurate. The step counts are about 2/3 of that from a Fitbit. Sports apps only work as timer, which you have to set up manually. Once you understand the limitations of the watch, it is a fine watch, as of now (into 2 weeks now).

When I first started using this, the watch was OK for a basic smart watch, and I appreciated the ability to handle calls and receive notifications. However, I experienced an issue with the notifications and tried working with TOZO support to resolve it. They discovered that the watch firmware was stuck on an old version and could not update (kept saying it was on the latest version but per TOZO it was not the latest version), and this was possibly causing the observed issue. I have been going back and forth with them for about one year (yes, a full year) asking me to "wait for the next app release" or "please send another log to our team to analyze" and I am just sick of it. It's not worth me troubleshooting an issue for a year when clearly they could send a replacement for this defective watch and it would probably cost less than whatever they're paying their tech team to look into this. Since the original issue, now some notifications do not work at all, so the functionality has actually worsened. I therefore could not recommend this particular product, and frankly, I am so disappointed in the customer service that I do not know if I would buy TOZO products in the future.
