The 2 black pair are garbage. Like church sox. The white pairs are good.

Got these for my wife. She's on her feet 14 hrs. some days. She said these have helped her feet feel better at the end of the day. She wears a size 7 shoe and we ordered the mediums.

The sucks are s/m unless you have a very skinny feet order medium to large

I am sending them back. They are just socks with holes at either end. They have little, in any, compression.
