The media could not be loaded. I got this ThermoLab Portable Sauna, and it's absolutely brilliant, especially after my gym sessions. It's made me feel loads healthier. It's really good at easing the soreness I sometimes get from exercising. Plus, my skin looks better, and I find myself sleeping like a log after a steam session. It's so good, it even motivates me to push harder during my workouts!Setting it up is super simple; it only takes about 5 minutes because the tent pops up by itself easily. The material is sturdy, and the steam machine with a remote is a doddle to use. There's loads of steam, and it gets really hot, just how I like it. The light inside is just alright, but I'm not fussed. Taking it down is as easy as pie, and I can take it anywhere. It even comes with a handy carrying case!I'd tell any fellow gym-goer who's looking to stay in tip-top shape and speed up their recovery to give this sauna a go. As I've got a bit older, I've noticed it takes me a bit longer to bounce back after exercising, but this sauna has been a game changer for me. Having a relaxing steam is just the ticket, and this product is spot on for its quality, price, and ease of moving about.

Amazing product. If you train at my gym I will have already talked your ear off about how brilliant this has been for my recovery and general well being (hair, skin and mind).But I wanted to take the time to write it here. Particularly after the wonderful customer service I received recently when I had a question about the steam generator.I teach 7-8 hours of martial arts classes a day holding pads for heavy hitters and that takes a massive toll on the body. This sauna has helped massively and has made it possible for me to keep pushing my body. It’s easy to use, it generates a lot of steam. If I’ve felt like I’m starting to come down with a cold I add albas oil to the generator (maybe check with the supplier if that’s ok first) but I’ve found it’s helped keep most of the winter flu away.The red led light and the heat have helped with my skin looking fresher. For almost 40 people are always shocked when I tell them how old I am (thankfully as they thought I was much younger). Also I noticed that my hair was starting to thin a touch. But after using the red light plus the heat from sitting in the sauna for 20/30 mins a day 3 or 4 times a week my hair is back to its thick ways. I think the increase in blood flow to the scalp really helps.Remember to clean the felt flooring or at least let it drip dry on the line outside, also allow the pop up tent to air in between uses and you will have an amazing peace of kit for a small price. I leave mine up as I use it so often. It tucks away nicely into a corner.I couldn’t recommend this more. It has made a great impact on my life. Thanks from me and my now less dodgy knees, hips elbows and shoulders.

So I was pleasantly surprised, the unboxing was seamless with no issues.The instructions for set up were clear and easily followed it.The steam sauna takes around 10/15 minutes to set up and be ready to use. I was worried about the steam in the house creating damp but it wasn’t much of an issue for me. A small bit of ventilation was sufficient and I opened a window slightly.The temperature was really good, especially for a steam sauna. The chair is solid and functional and the light is a nice touch.I had it in the living room watching the champions league last night.Post sauna, give it some time to cool down and was easily able to clean it and wipe away the steam.Watch the video on how to pack away and it comes with the bags shown above.Overall, extremely satisfied with the purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Unboxed it’s quite portable - the chair is not large but perfectly adequate. The size of the cabin is good (I’m 6’3 and no issues). Small issues with the steamer lid breaking on first use (but didn’t affect functionality) and the pipe coming loose but after that got a very good amount of steam. In fact so much so had to turn the unit down and reposition the outlet as myUnderside was getting roasted! Very easy to set up, a bit longer to dry off and put away but overall very happy with this purchase

Let me make this clear, this is an amazing product that I enjoy using everyday, it's made a positive impact on my daily life, but the reason why I'm making this one star review.Is the manufacturing quality of this product the tent insulates the steam produced perfect and I haven't experienced any leakage from the tent from the condensed water however I found it difficult to remove the excess water before folding,The steam box is very easy to install a main issue is the figuring out where to position the steam box as it is the heat source and the space in tent is very restricted.The steamer, very easy to understand and use and includes a remote to quickly change the time and temperature.The chair included made to be the perfect solution to using the sauna with the size made to fit the tent and fold up to minimize the space it could take up however I leading to this review I noticed shortcuts with the manufacturing leading to an accident of the chairs material breaking leading to me falling over and burning the side of my leg from the tube connecting to the steam box and steam box the images provided are the part of the chair that broke compared to a similar compartment, the hole that connects the screw was not inserted properly leading the plastic to rip which lead to the incident. I will be contacting customer service about this problem and updating my review based on the outcome.Don't let this review deter you from the product but if you do purchase please carefully observe the product and if it's safe to use.
