Solved the problem
Samsung dryer would complete its cycles but the drum would not stop spinning unless the door was opened. This is a common problem with the relays on the controller board sticking and eventually fusing.This new control board solved the problem.NOTE: the control board is epoxy mounted in a plastic housing which is then attached to a metal housing by one screw. The metal housing is shown in the picture but is not included. This is not a problem.

Quick Delivery
Fortunately I didn't need this panel, but the quick shipment and arrival were impressive. I bought this just in case other options didn't keep dryer from tripping circuit breaker. As I explored possible reasons for problem, I looked into the breaker box and found that one of the wires to the dryer breaker was loose. Tightened the screw and all is well! I would use this supplier again in the future, given the quick delivery.

Dryer works again
Four screws and couple of cables was all it takes to get my three year old Samsung dryer to work properly again. However the problem of the dryer not shutting off (running on) when it should after a drying was the fault of a sticking relay. Relays stick when their contacts fuse (weld) by arcing which can be controlled. This must be considered by Samsung.
