Giorgio’s Naturals Handcrafted Spreadable Salami – Nduja Salami 5 Ounce Authentic Italian Salami, Spreadable Salami, Charcuterie Meat Spread (5 Ounce)

I hadn’t tried this before buying and I’m sad i haven’t before. Super delicious i put on some homemade pizza. I don’t have a photo because we ate it too fast! Was everyone’s favorite topping even a few of the kids liked it. It’s a bit spicy if you don’t like that but if you do this is 10/10

This 'nduja has paprika added to it, departing from traditional 'nduja (made with just pork, Calabrian chilies, salt, and lactic acid), but it's delicious nonetheless. I used it to make a dish with chicken and pineapple, and it was a huge hit with everyone. I'm looking forward to using it again.

Typical nduja has similarities to chorizo and salami, with the kick of Calabrian chilli’s. Whilst this product has the ‘kick’ it doesn’t quite match normal nduja. It has a smoky, chipotle flavouring which isn’t traditional. The product is nice, but not what I wanted
