I gave these to my sister for her birthday - she loves them! The cork bottom is a good protector and the picture is really pretty. Very nice item.

I always use Cork backed placemats in my kitchen. I wanted a new set and there are not many choices. I wanted blue and this fit my wish. They look just like the picture and are beautiful. They were a little more expensive than the ones I usually get.I originally thought they were a 5 star. However after only a month the coating is chipping in spots. I white specks now. This never happened on any of my other corked backed placemats that I had for years. Very disappointed as they are beautiful. Really surprised as these were so much more money then other ones that lasts for years.

Update: In less than 2 months the picture is already starting to chip and now there are just white spots where the image was. I have been using placemats like this my entire life and never had this happen. They normally last about 5-10 years. Not impressed and have requested a refund even though now its outside of the return window. Would highly NOT recommend buying these.I like the design of these but sadly the printing is of poor quality with visible printing through the design and materials these are made from are of average-poor quality compared to others I have owned. I am hoping they last ok. I will not return them because I need placemats but they are not worth how much was paid for them.

These placemats are very sturdy and easily wipe clean. Very nice design. We have a glass table, so they help preserve the table.

They are lovely. Worth the price. They go lovely with the indigo gold sets: dishware, art collection, etc.

As a Protection for my table tops and desk they are so pretty I love them
