Q: Can you put 911 as your emergency contact?

When we were testing out our BB Guarders we found that we were only receiving email notifications with an approximate GPS location. I don't see any way of getting to the police. I believe this meant for a person's emergency contacts being notified should they need help. We haven't needed to use it, thankfully and hope not ever!

Q: My grandmother is 90 years old, she has a phone but not a smartphone. Can she still use this item?

It works with Bluetooth and an app. I don’t think it will work without being able to download the app. My mom has a basic smart phone with a $35 a month plan and it worked.
