A little tricky to get the hair in to start wrapping but once it’s in it’s easy to use. Makes nice curls, I like them better than with a curling iron.

This curler works great. Took some getting use to. But it does have a feature if it gets knotted, it shuts off. Easy to undo. Makes soft lasting curles. The trick is to hold diagonally across your face and place strand of hair in slot not too close or tight against scalp, so about an 1" from scalp. Hold hair at vertical angle too until it curls it up into device. I always push the button Facing away from my face. Hold for 20 to 60 sec. Does not burn my hair. Beautiful results.

First try I want to return it because, i don't know how to use it . When i watched videos then i try it again . Ohh dangg ! This is amazing curlers I ever had !

So i will preface by saying i have been spoiled by Chi's twist n curl for years now, so maybe this curler never stood a chance. It will get the job done, but not very well. Maybe for super thin or shorter hair. I'm not sure. Honestly, i think it needs a lot more heat to work correctly.

I tried a few times it doesn’t speed up the curling process for me and I believe it’s because there’s a learning curve to using it. I’m not too much of a fan of this I’ll stick to my curling iron.
