Frustrating quality of product.
Plant is far below in quality than expected and represented. Delivered in damaged dying condition.

Received 5 inch Wilted plant/stick
The media could not be loaded. The plant size is 5 inchI wonder if it has roots or is only cutting, as after carefully planting the wilted plant ...it s not alive.I am feeling cheated.
