I have a Hotpoint electric cooker, with grill above the oven, and the cooker guard has nowhere to affix. There is a slight metal lip under the knobs, but this isn't big enough to give the double sided tape enough strength. With some jiggery pokery, I'm sure I can get it to do the job, but not exactly brilliant!

Waste of money!!!!! The 3m tape provided does not stick, the guard it’s self is of poor quality & the plastic tabs break!!!!This item is supposed to protect a baby from a oven stove but in reality it will do more harm.

Recommend for anyone with curious toddlers! Better safe than sorry! Easy to install and very much what I needed for peace of mind! I agree with other reviews, in regards to the adhesive which is not too strong especially us who bake a Lot so the tape got a little loose. So we ended up putting some 3M tape and so far so good!!

Leí algunas reseñas no muy buenas pero la verdad es que nos ha sorprendido gratamente. Tenía miedo por la forma en que sobresale por sí abultara mucho en la cocina pero no ha sido el caso y no nos es incomodo cocinar con ella (también decir que somos altos e igual esto nos facilita llegar al fondo del vitro sin problema). El otro temor era porque hay que pegarlo en vez de atornillarlo y pensé que igual caería enseguida, especialmente con la grasa de la cocina. Pues llevamos varias semanas con la barrera y sigue en su sitio, además para darle una limpieza más a fondo se puede quitar de sus fijadores y volver a poner. Mi hija de 3 años está justo en las fase de intentar tocar el vitro para ‘cocinar’, y con la barrera aunque hay que vigilarla aún la verdad es que nos quedamos mucho más tranquilos. Lo recomiendo totalmente. La única duda que tendría es en caso de tener una cocina súper estrecha si el hecho de que sobresalga la barrera podría suponer un problema, en mi caso no sería. Solo habrá que esperar para ver cuánto dura el pegamento al final - supongo que en caso de caer se podría volver a pegar con las titpicas tiras adhesivas. En nuestro caso si nos dura un año está bien porque no tendremos más hijos y para entonces la pequeña estaría menos arriesgado en este sentido, o eso espero.

I was sooooo worried about ordering this because of the negative reviews but I am now very surprised this isn’t a 5 start product . It worked sooo well I’m actually ordering another for my mother’s house . Very easy set up and very firm , it’s hard for me to remove so my little one has no chance getting it off .Also you still have lots of room to cook with this on, if you have a stove like this it’s great , for others I’m not sure but with mine it’s awesomeSide note : put it on as straight as possible the first time because it is hard to get off ( which is a good thing )

Il fatto che i piani siano inclinati lo rende un buon prodotto anche per pentole con manico e bordi medi, con bordi più bassi è più difficoltoso cuocere. La fattura dell'oggetto è nel complesso buona, la pulizia facile e anche il montaggio/smontaggio. Il nastro bi adesivo non è indicato per le superfici porose o irregolari, infatti si è staccato dal nostro piano di lavoro in meno di 48 ore dal fissaggio, consiglio a chi ha una superficie liscia come acciaio (non satinato) o vetrificate di utilizzare il nastro bi adesivo in dotazione, per tutte le altre superfici acquistare del silicone dal ferramenta di fiducia e fissare con esso le guide

Tenía miedo de que la calidad fuera mala pero no es así. Lo instalé rápido y cumple su propósito de manera adecuada.
