My first order unfortunately was faulty, but their customer service agreed to send me a replacement straight away! Can't knock the service I've had from them.

Only used once, stopped working so returned

So I’ve received the product, but it doesn’t work. It turns off automatically after few seconds, probably some internal mistake.I contacted the seller and they said they will send me a new one. I was very grateful for this, but since then I’ve not heard from them and I’ve not received anything. So now they are not responding to my messages and ignoring me! Please but the product from someone else.

I absolutely loved it when I first got it, as few months have now gone on it no longer rains, the diffuser oil clogs the bits that the rain comes out of, I regularly cleaned it but still has stopped working, it was a shame because I absolutely loved it

This item is lovely when plugged in but I want it somewhere not plugged in so paid extra for this one as it says can be charged and lasts 15 hours on 1 charge. It has been plugged in and off for 24hours but will not turn on unless plugged in. Can't find anywhere to contact seller so will have to return

The product itself seemed lovely until the light flickered and then turned off within an hour of use.It’s a shame the vendor was difficult to reach out to, else we could’ve sorted it rather than have me leave a poor review.

The look of the product is amazing and clean. So easy to use with the buttons and guide. For the price you pay is very good for the quality.

No fragnace oil are there in this pack and not a value for money . By using this for a week it’s value estimation can be 4-5k only not more than this

1- The product does not contain oil perfumes. 2- The pictures show that the product is from the Max Line company and is in fact from another bad company. Also, the product does not work as I expected or as written in the description. There is no steam and you cannot control the degree of rain. 3 I said All the reasons are in number 2, but I will complete them to 3 because the product is a scam. Nothing is as it was written or the same as the pictures. No.

As per description it have with essential oils but when I received its only the device and the quality is not good its like cheap item. Sorry to say but i need to say this because im very upset..
