Very fiddly at end to attach together and put tops on but now finished I love it very sturdy my frenchie pup couldn’t wait to get in and has been first night he’s not cried so must feel safe and cozy I bought marble wrap £8 for the top from bnm to Match my kitchen as I didn’t like dark wood and has made it look fab very pleased

Solid product, but don't connect together if you want dogs separated
Pleased with the overall build quality of the product (only 1 'roof' screw didn't align and couldn't be fitted), although the short fixings into the wooden roof which have to be inserted inside the metal frames are very fiddly and time consuming to assemble.We purchased this specific double pack for our spaniels, wanting them to have separate crates which could be fixed together to look like one piece of furniture. However, because the hinges and opening latches are on the outside and proud of the unit, when you butt the two together, the two crates sit about an inch apart. The two units can only be connected if the two internal dividers are removed (so you have one big crate), which is not what we want.Do not feel that this is made clear from the listing at all. Contacted the seller who just advised that we lash the crates together!

Easy to assemble
Excellent product. So easy to assemble and 2 crates assembled within a couple of hours. Perfect size for my French Bulldogs

I bought this thinking it wouldn’t be super strong and my GSD would probably break it. But I was happily wrong. My GSD and Dalmatian love it!

Great Product
Although we had a lot of trouble with the delivery courier Aramex (parcels sat at their Sydney depot for a week and having to deal with rude inappropriate behaviour from their courier), once we actually received the product it was great. Some issues with the instructions regarding the correct screws but we were able to build it once we figured the discrepancies.
