This helped settle my puppy he left 3pups and his mum so a big step and we didn't have any crying at all when the battery's ran out in the middle of the night he woke up but they lasted for 4weeks so would definitely recommend

Product took along time to arrive.When it did arrive the heart did not work (which is the key function of the product).I have wasted 1 month trying to get a refund despite seller saying that they would rectify the situation upon sending requested photos.Kept sending messages saying refund £2 then £4 , £9 etc!! No ,I want a full refund for the useless product. I think they want me to give up but I won’t.I’ll now be reporting seller & escalating as they have not resolved the issue.Save your money & time DO NOT BUY from this seller as the customer care is not fit for purpose much like the product!

Nice soft toy. Ours seems good enough quality - pup has chewed it and played with it and it has held together…except the compartment where the heart is kept. Pup was easily able to open this and get to the heart inside so that could be a bit better protected.2nd little niggle is that once you push the heart to start it continues going until you open it back up and stop the heart - can’t quite manage to push the buttons from the outside of the teddy. Would be better if it went off after a period of time itself to save batteries (takes 2 AAA batteries)Seen some reviews from people saying the heart wasn’t working when they got it. You have to unscrew it to place batteries as you don’t get any with it. And then the button itself is a bit fiddly - you have to push and hold then release - but if you hold for too long it doesn’t work.Some people say the heartbeat stops the dog from wanting to attack it - not our sight hound! Probably just the breeds natural instinct but first thing she done was pin it, rag doll it around then opened up the heart compartment. So I wouldn’t rely on that!I would say it’s worth the money though.

Very cute soft toy, however the heart beat does not turn off once activated which either results in the batteries running out within 4/5 days or you have to remove the heart daily which is a pain .

I am disappointed that my 7 month old cockapoo has chews through the nose of this so called calming toy. Thank goodness I didnt leave him in his crate with it with a plastic heart and batteries in as well. It took him 15 minute to do this.
