Broken and essentially refused a refund
The product arrived, it's low quality. The leg broke and literally fell off when my son was using the trampoline which was very dangerous.I tried to arrange a return. They accepted eventually, but would not cover postage. As the item is so heavy it was not logical to send recorded delivery as that would cost basically the purchase price.I sent standard postage by royal mail.As expected, the supplier denied that it turned up and therefore refused to issue a refund.The seller is based abroad, and the UK address is just a shipping place. The customer help is exceptionally frustrating as the reply with short unhelpful messages at about two am so it takes forever to get any progress anyway.Amazon didn't help at all.Do not buy this product, and do nut use this supplier.

Affordable Healthy Tool
I bought it for 2 purposes: my physiotherapist recommended it after my knee surgery to strengthen my muscles and also because it shakes your lymphatic system in the morning, so it's like a whole-body massage you need to start your day. I'm happy with the quality and visual site.
