Good quality coat.
True to size and very comfortable - easily keeps you warm up -5'C, the outer side pockets are deep but do not have zips - there is no inner pocket. I used Out & About fabric water proof spray to make the coat more water repellent.

Great fit and value
Great price, true to size, I ordered large. Lightweight but really warm. Great value for money.Only minor things- no zips on pockets, no internal pocket. But would definitely recommend

Very nice.
Fits great and looks smart casual. Not rained yet so can't check waterproofing.

Okay but it has shortcomings.
Positives : Looks stylish, decent for casual urban use in so -so weather.Negatives: No internal pockets, external pockets not zipped, non corded hood or bottom of the jacket i e you can't tighten it to keep out the weather. Conclusion, I would look at others before buying again.

Great Jacket, warmer Than I expected.
27/11/2023Only had this one day but I do update my reviews, if there's no updates I've had no problems.I'm 6 foot tall and I'm a 48 inch chest, I looked at the Mountain Warehouse size chart which pointed to 2XL, the size on Amazon says "XXL Plus" (not sure why it says plus) so I bought the 'XXL plus' and it fits perfect, today it's raining (light rain) so I had a walk across the fields for about 45 minutes and the water does bead and roll off ok, I don't think it would be any good in a downpour but to be fair it's a cheap padded jacket so I personally wouldn't expect it to be, and I imagine once it's had a few outings the waterproofing will be less affective, although it does say "use a wash-in-waterproofing" on the label that's tied to the zip, which should extend the life of the waterproofing. It's about 4°C outside, the material isn't as thick as I thought it might be but the jacket is surprisingly warmer than I was expecting, I have a RAB down jacket that cost nearly 5 times as much as this and to be honest there's not that much difference in heat retention although I think the RAB would take the lead if it was a few degrees colder. All in all I'm happy with it so far even though It's the first day.
