This is an awesome bluetooth earpiece! It has all the features you could want in an BT earpiece like this, it's light weight, long-lasting battery, can be used on the left or right ear, is easy to pair and the call quality is great! I've had a few of these over the years (admittedly with an older bluetooth version) and the call quality was only decent at best. This is crystal clear and the microphone does a great job of cancelling out external noises but still picking up your voice very clearly. I spend a lot of time on the phone in my job and this has turned into my go-to device. Highly recommend! Good little headset. Red light that illuminates when charging, then turns to green when charge is complete which I find nice so that you know when you are fully charged. When wearing and using there is a hidden blue light that blinks on the side to show its powered on and in use. Slide switch power button is great so it's easy to know when you have it on or off. Paired with my iPhone 5s very easily. Good sound quality and comfortable fit. As a traveling sales person this is just what I needed, and I am very happy with it.

Good headset, easy to use. My major complaint is that the rubber part that goes in your ear pops off way to easily. I have lost two of the three included earbuds, and almost lost the last one I have (and there is no way to get replacements that I can see).Paired with my IP phone easily, good audio, and it doesn't have the issue that my Plantronics unit does, where the mic gain is so high that background becomes overwhelming for the other end of the call.

Very nice looking. Waste of money though, at least for me. It connected and worked one time for a couple minutes, then quit.It does still connect VIA Blue Tooth, and it shows on my phone, but it gets no sound through it period. I've reset it several timesas per the included instructions, but still no sound. I'm disappointed in myself that I've been busy and didn't have the time to return it.I wouldn't take the chance.

CONS:Some calls answer automatically, while others wait for me to hit answer button. Not the way it should be. "I" should determine who's call i want to answer, not the device to determine that.PROS:Charges up VERY fast. Holds charge ALL DAY and NIGHT with continued usage. Just wish it would stop automatically answering some of my calls. My settings are correct. Give it A try, it may work for you...

unfortunately, this unit produces sound with a big echo for those you are calling or who have called you. your audio is ok, however they hear echo'd speech on the other end. the technician i spoke with indicated that this has been a common problem with this unit.i suggest you stay away from this one if you plan on using it with a phone.

I don’t like the weak plastic that the power switch is made of. Mine split in half in December about 7 months after purchasing it. Other than that issue it works great. I bought one for my Girlfriend and she barely uses it. At any rate I don’t know if the spoon has a one year warranty. I’m gonna submit a ticket to the seller to see what I can find out.

Had a problem with an incomplete delivery, and it was fixed within a week. Pretty good turnaround for exchanging info and getting it all fixed. It would have a little better sound quality if it had an in ear funnel or tapered earpeice, it allows too much outside noise.
