I live in a 1st-floor masionette. My WiFi system is in my lounge, and my doorbell is downstairs, on the opposite side of the flat, so through several walls. So my WiFi on my Ring doorbell was always showing as Poor and it kept dropping connection. Drove me nuts!I found this item - wasn't sure it would work due to the low price, but it was in my budget, so gave it a try. And, bless it - it's worked perfect since first installing! Easy to set up. I plugged it in at the top of my stairs, which go straight down to my front door and Ring doorbell. I have had it running now for about 2 months. And the connection hasn't dropped. So my doorbell hasn't lost WiFi. Great little gadget. Don't be put off by the low price - he's little and mighty!!

Unfortunately, the only positive thing is that it is easy to setup. Once connected to it with its wifi SSID, a page opens where you can select either a repeater or AP mode, everything was super easy. And it did do well when it comes to extending the existing wifi range.But within less than 24 hours of use, it froze, so I reset it and it worked for a while then refused to provide internet. Reset again, and it won't connect.Nice looking device, It could be a one-off issue but it did not meet my requirements and had to return.

I had two TP link extenders that were rubbish. Went for this. It’s at the end of my garden (20 metres from the house. First time set it up on my phone but couldn’t amend the network name so the phone wouldn’t switch automatically as both in range, it has pro on the end instead of EXT. reset and set up on laptop and named it the same as normal WiFi and now it’s one network. Great speeds, good signal. Impressed for price!

Bought this for my upstairs pc that kept dropping wifi when downloading stuff, easy to install and set up, works great

This booster is really very good, such good value too. It was easy to set up using my mobile, and my external ring camera's wifi connection, which was 'poor', is now 'excellent'.Highly recommend

Having set this up when I try to use the Internet connected to this device, it says I address not found. Returning for refund.

A great WiFi booster, I got it to watch football as the area that I live in has poor signals because it is countryside. Now I have this booster all is fine.
