Great nutritional value!
I must say that I have never been a fan of Rooibos teas as they tend to have a distinct flavor profile. But I cannot ignore the nutritional value that this tea brings via nutrients and antioxidants. I am a very active person and it is very important for me to receive all the antioxidants necessary to keep me going thru the day and this tea is jammed packed with them.
