Be careful of heat damage...
I bought this cheese at the NEC Good Food Show stand they had there, and it was delicious.Spicy and a little hot, with a well balanced Cheddar base.I bought it again here, but found the wax had melted on one side, and there were cracks in the base! The cheese was sour which was very unfortunate - as this fresh cheese is so good. I hope it's a one off as I've just bought another one. I'll update and let you all know.
