Having purchased and been delighted with a Ring doorbell we decided to start replacing all our home cameras with Ring units so as to have access through a single App and the (optional) Subscription.Like the doorbell the unit is well packaged and has a very solid feel to it out of the box.The App provides all you need to know with regards to mounting the camera and linking it into your home network. The latter being the simplest process we have ever used and we have many a networked item in the house. If you need further advice YouTube has numerous videos and the Ring Chat facility is always answered swiftly and the agents are first class.The quality of video is excellent.The App is so simple to use and has so many clever features including tailoring the area you monitor and the area where alerts are generated.The intercom feature is excellent and the seasonal greetings that can be switched on is a lot of fun.And of course the doorbell and this camera works with Alexa so we can keep an eye on what is happening outside from our Alexa unit whilst home working.We are now solid fans of Ring and have taken the subscription so that we have access to all the features and know that our video history is available to us.This product is highly recommended.

I bought two of these cameras to cover the front of our, quite wide, bungalow. The idea being to cover the front with one camera covering left to right and the other from right to left. Fitted the first one and realised I wouldn't need the second as the range is so good.Easy to set up the camera with the, very useful, app. The camera requires 4 screws (supplied) to mount its base which the camera then clips to with a short screw to fix.The solar panel has a generous enough cable and the plug is a push fit into the rear of the camera. Battery life is good so if there are a few overcast days, the camera will continue to operate.All in all, very pleased with the product and the brand.

The media could not be loaded. 2 major points to note in general.1st, if you want pin sharp video footage that can see people’s faces at 10ft +, then you really have to pay serious money.2nd, High quality video (2k, 4k, etc) streaming over wifi, uses a lot of data. low speed wifi will struggle and signal will drop out or just keep buffering.That goes for any security cameraRight, so assuming you have half decent wifi and you just want to keep an eye on things, then this camera is pretty good.This is on the mains on my garage which is approx 50ft from my house. as of to date i’ve not had the wifi drop out and all seems pretty good.as you can see from the footage you can’t make out any clear face, But that’s not we are after, it’s just a generalisation as to what’s going on. thanks to this ring camera and other neighbours on our estate this scumbag has been caught and arrested.This camera intergrates nicely with alexa devices though not needed and overall i am very happy with it.I do pay for the ring subscription but it woks out pretty cheap compared to others. nothing is for free!I will let others go in to more depth about the set up and using of the camera, there is always going to be pro’s and cons with any device, but for me this is a fairly straight forward set up and it seems good value for the money.

Build quality is good. Overall size is much larger than the stick up cam standard. Night vision camera footage is slightly better quality.I don’t like the pre-roll feature pixelation. Seems a little pointless. The day picture is better but not superb when zooming in, still lacking the quality there.Wider range of view and sensitive recording is great. It picks up movement before persons come into view.Battery life is pretty pants. Sapped on 120 recording in a couple of days. I set down to 30 seconds, which has gone down 50% in 5 days. May need the solar panel.Overall, pricey for what it is with only slight improvement. I would recommend over the standard version but get it in the sale.

I upgraded from the generation three outdoor stickup cam powered to this new pro stick up cam, mainly because of the advertisement, showing the bird view motion zones, I could remove the pavement basically but when it comes to setting these zones up, the map provider in my area is dismal and it’s the only provider, even though Google has a clear image of where I live. The provider in the app does not without any zones drawn and it’s all zoomed out. Maybe I would have a chance, but when you start drawing a zone, it adds colour for me to see through it becomes unusable.However, with that said the other features are quite nice. The wider angle is good and the HDR really helped when the Sun is bright or somebody’s wearing a reflective jacket at night and your IR is reflecting.

Have the full ring alarm system and this is just to add to it , pretty easy to setup and have never had any problems with Ring products

This camera has proved to be next to useless. The picture quality is poor and the movement sensor is so slow that whatever it detects has gone before it starts to record . my internet connection is good but the camera is so poor I can not read a numberplate at 10 metres . This is supposed to be the better camera at twice the price of the lesser one . I can not imagine that they can produce a even worse camera than this .If I had not thrown the box away I would send it back . I have a good internet connection and a booter very close but nothing works . the only thing it will pick up is something moving very slowly and even then you could not tell who it was .

Decidí comprar la Ring Stick Up Cam Pro para mejorar la seguridad en mi casa. La instalación fue simple, y configurarla a través de la aplicación Ring fue directo, aunque requirió una actualización de firmware inicial. La calidad de video en 1080p con HDR es excelente, proporcionando imágenes claras incluso bajo la luz del sol directa. La visión nocturna en color también es impresionante, ofreciendo detalles nítidos en condiciones de poca luz.La detección de movimiento 3D es muy efectiva, enviando alertas confiables a mi teléfono. Aunque la aplicación de Ring puede ser algo complicada al principio, ofrece controles detallados y útiles una vez que te familiarizas con ella. En general, la Stick Up Cam Pro ha sido una adición valiosa a mi sistema de seguridad doméstica, y la recomendaría por su flexibilidad y características avanzadas.

J'ai récemment fait l'acquisition de 5 Stick Up Cam Pro après avoir possédé 5 stick up cam version classique. Globalement, je suis impressionné par certaines de ses caractéristiques. La détection aérienne est indéniablement un atout majeur, offrant une perspective innovante et unique en matière de surveillance. De plus, la possibilité de régler l'orientation de la caméra est une nouveauté très appréciée, offrant plus de flexibilité en termes de couverture de surveillance. La fonction préroll, qui permet de voir les secondes précédant le déclenchement, est également un excellent ajout.Cependant, il n'est pas sans défauts. Bien qu'elle offre de nombreuses fonctionnalités avancées, la caméra est nettement plus volumineuse que la version précédente, ce qui peut ne pas plaire à tout le monde. De plus, malgré les améliorations technologiques, j'ai remarqué que l’accroche du réseau wifi n'est pas aussi efficace que dans la version classique. Espérons que de futures mises à jour aborderont ce problème.Pour les personnes qui trouve que la détection est moins efficace, voici le paramètre à modifier : réglage de la caméra > Paramètres mouvements > Zone aérienne > décochez . Attention cela entraîne une consommation encore plus importante de la batterie.En conclusion, le Stick Up Cam Pro est une mise à niveau significative avec de nombreuses fonctionnalités intéressantes. Cependant, au vu du prix exorbitant, il faudra peser les avantages et les inconvénients selon vos besoins spécifiques en matière de surveillance ou attendre des promotions.

Installazione problematica, credo dovuto a bug di sistema, perdita del segnale wifi, anche resettato nn riesce a risolvere i problemi cade in sorta di loop....dovrebbero implementare il segnale wifi xche anche cablato è uni scandalo.
